Meet Me In Another Life by Catriona Silvey has mystery, love, drama, and adventure, all wrapped up into one story.
It’s about two people (Santi and Thora) who continue to circle in and out of each other’s many lives, over and over – until they realize there’s more than meets the eye. Somehow, they’re always drawn to the city of Cologne, Germany, and they keep finding each other there.

Meet Me In Another Life by Catriona Silvey: My Thoughts
This story is a little bit The 7 1/2 Lives of Evelyn Hugo, a little bit The Invisible Life of Addie Larue, but with a concept all its own.
You need a little patience for this book, because of its structure. You won’t know what’s going on for a large chunk of the book. But for me, that was part of the fun. ? It does feel a bit repetitive at times, but that comes with the territory with this kind of story.
I loved that the book subverted my expectations for Santi and Thora. It was so interesting to see them interact in different roles: as teacher and student, elder and caretaker, brother and sister, and everything in between. Their character arcs were drawn in a fascinating, interconnected way, and they experienced a ton of growth.
I always do a little happy dance when I come across a book that feels so unique, but without going so overboard that it loses you. And this one pulls it off! Definitely recommended.
